About Vetaia

Vetaia Sadranu, proud son of Nama Fiji founder Debra Sadranu and Tamasua, a coastal village in the Yasawa Islands of Fiji. Born into a chiefly family and deeply rooted in ancestral tradition, Vetaia carries the wisdom of his tribe of elders with a clear vision for the future.

Standing on the shoulders of Nama Fiji’s research and development, Vetaia identified the need for a men's range under their nama brands. Sourcing nama harvested from the pristine waters surrounding his home he developed Nama for Men. More than skincare, Nama for Men is part of a larger mission: to uplift his village through sustainable income, preserve traditional knowledge, and honour the legacy of his people.

Thanks to the income generated from nama harvesting, village families are now able to send their children to school, access clean drinking water, improve housing, and bring solar power to their homes. Vetaia continues to lead with purpose, ensuring every step forward remains grounded in respect, resilience, and the spirit of the Yasawas.
